Western Global offers expertise in the design, construction, upgrade and process improvement to established abattoir operators, small goods processing , food services factories and for the construction of totally new facilities on a green fields site.

SLAUGHTERING FACILITIES

Western Global offers expertise in the design construction of complete abattoir facilities for the slaughter of sheep, goats, cattle and pigs to Australian, USDA and EC standards.

Turnkey construction capability from initial feasibility, site selection, site preparation, construction of buildings, supply of equipment, commissioning and staff training.

Facilities for:

Cattle slaughtering (gravity to mechanised systems)

The directors of Western Global have thirty years of experience in the meat industry. They have been part of an evolving industry that has seen changes from large multi-species plant to specialist operations adopting advanced cost-effective technologies to keep ahead of a competitive global environment. This expertise has been developed from hands-on experience working in an engineering capacity in multi-species abattoirs. Western Global has also worked with other specialist design, manufacturing and contracting companies to supply equipment for turn-key projects in Australia, New Zealand, Africa, The Middle East, UK and Italy. Western Global has also contributed specialist consulting to industry projects in Malaysia and China.

Our extensive experience enhances our capability to undertake projects from concept, through feasibility studies, to design and construction, then to a fully operational and functional business.
